Internal combustion engines (gasoline, diesel and natural gas), when running, produce enormous amount of heat that must be dissipated to avoid a melt down of the powertrain components. Engineers had designed the cooling system to accomplish this task.
The main components of the cooling system are:

  • Water Pump
  • Hoses
  • Radiator
  • Transmission Cooler
  • Heater Core (when equiped)
  • Heater Valve (when equiped)
  • Water Pump Belt
  • Engine Thermostat
  • Radiator Fan
  • Transmission Cooler Lines
  • Radiator Overflow Tank
  • Electronic Sensors and Relays

If your vehicle is shown signs of leakage from the cooling system or the engine is overheating, bring the vehicle to our facilities and one of our ASE technicians will be able to diagnose and repair the cooling system of the vehicle to make it work as designed by the vehicle manufacturer.
